I've looked at our file many times and still don't know what triggered this. Unless they didn't like our chats...our chats are mainly serious. We talk about life, religion, we don't have flirty personalities or conversations. We have the same type of personality...calm, realistic, we like intelligent conversation, not just "I love you, you're so handsome, you're so pretty"...that type of thing. Maybe that's a problem? I don't know. "sigh" we are who we are, and we both love each other very much. That's one thing I know for sure.

Thank you.

i had to laugh because i know exactly what you mean  we talk for hours and hours about our future, current events and we both love to learn about new things. we're both knowledge hounds so it seems like we're constantly reading together or sharing info, yet those people who say "oh we just talk about how much we love each other" amaze us ... really? you have to talk about it and nothing else? i guess my husband and i are pretty unromantic people :hehe: you would think captain of soccer team and cheerleader would be the ones having the brainless convos but i guess those stereotypes are squashed

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

Yeah I think we overdid the chats.

My husband didn't have any prior relationships with women, but some friendships

I married on my first trip to Morocco, but Im only one of many that have done that....I knew before I went there that I wanted to be his wife, I had no doubts about it. We spend anywhere from 3 -6 hours on msn every night and sometimes even more than that (unless there is a reason we can't which isn't very often) and we knew each other "very well" by the time I got there. When we met it was like we had been together forever, no awkward moments, just completely comfortable with either other.

'

Did you marry on your first trip to Morocco?

Did your husband have any prior relationships with American women?

You might have over done the email/chat logs.

Well the big red flag so far is marrying on the 1st visit. You have to put yourself in the shoes of an Adjudicator. Here this person is looking at how you married so fast so he/she is looking for possible fraud. This person does not know you and your spouse personally. You over killed the chat logs and this Adjudicator is not about to sit and read every word. Now the Adjudicator is digging deeper to make sure this is not fraud. This seems to be happening more with MENA couples lately.

You're funny :P Thanks, I needed the chuckle this morning :D

Well we talk about our lives and we tell each other we love each other, etc...but we talk about lots of different things. And we might not be romantic on paper but we definitely are in person :) I couldn't imagine just sitting there and having a conversation including "I love you's", if that's all we would had to talk about during our married life we'd be doomed......lol Yes we sound a lot like you and your husband;)

Yeah...but if I had to do it all over again I would still get married. We had talked online for hours and hours every night and we felt like we knew everything about each other, which we did...there were no surprises when we met. We had no questions, doubts, etc. I agree I did overkill on the chats and I wish I could do that all over again but it's too late now....:(

Wow I am really sorry that happened to you! What an eye opening letter!

I don't think that you getting married on your first visit is the flag. I did the same thing, and we had no problem with any of the stages of our journey.

I agree with Jim, something had to flag your relationship for them to ask for so much evidence at the USCIS stage. You said that he has a brother in the US, did he come via CR1 visa too? If he did, was he in AP/AR at any stage of his VJ?

I guess all you can do is provide them with the information they are asking for. Hopefully this will way lay any delays that could pop up at the NVC or Consulate stage.

Good luck!

Also in the first paragraph "her spouse"....I didn't see any of that before.

i believe you are correct.

note on the page 2 above, under relationships, the last paragraph where it refers to petitioner specifically as "she" and beneficiary as "he" rather than s/he or she or he... if this is a form letter seems it is only sent out under one situation, when man is beneficiary.

additionally under meetinig - "her" credit card... petitioner is always referred as she/her

Someone else mentioned that sending so many chats was a problem. They don't want to read them so instead send out the letter. No problems with his family and immigration in the past....nothing..

This is it.......WHY???????? We have until December 24 to answer it.

Does he speak English? If so, where did he learn it? Provide school transcripts if any

Evidence of trip, including date, month and year of travel (which I already did)

A statement from my employer saying they they authorized my absence from work during the dates I was gone

On that statement it also much include my wage at the time of my vacation, and well as my current wage

It must show the employer’s name and business phone number

Proof the I paid for the airline ticket. If not, who paid for it, and why? Provide a notarized statement from them indicating why they paid for it

Provide my checking and savings account statements from the two months prior to each flight abroad AND the two months immediately after each flight

Submit receipts from the hotel where the petitioner stayed overseas, also submit credit card statements reflecting the payment for the lodging

Provide the name, addresses, and phone numbers of all relatives living in the U.S. and how each person is related to the petitioner (including in-laws)

Well at least some of the items that you mentioned you already sent in with the original I-130 if you made copies of them that would be easy to just resend, but they sure are particular in the bonafides RFE which seems to be the worst type of RFE, I'll be praying for you and hope that you'll get through this roadblock, don't give up and just keep working on it~

A tip I read somewhere that they prefer to see more letter's from the Petitioners side of the family rather than the Beneficiaries side as proof of the relationship.

Thank you. I sent letter from all my kids, my mom, and my sister. I'll send the letter from my mom again (or a new one, notarized) since they are asking for it.

I would ask him if he had been petitioned by someone else in the past. Or if he was petitioned then it was cancelled for some reason.

weird how the petitioner must tell all past petitioning history, but is there no rule for beneficiaries? to tell this same info?

something they seen they did not like.

hope for the best.
