hello again.

i ave another big concern now. i sent AOS recently but my husband got an offer that he cannot refuse so he might consider to change his job . i am afraid this will affect the process since the Affidavit of Support was based on his current job , income, etc.

how do u think it will change the course of events a sudden change of employment ? in terms of my AOS .

thank you again.

My advice would be to only give them what they ask for and otherwise don't say anything about it. I changed jobs while waiting also. We had our interview last week and I came prepared with a new employment letter and paystubs but they never asked for them and I never volunteered them. They were all ready to approve us so I saw no reason to confuse the issue. Almost everything on that I-864 was now obsolete but it had been 19 months since I filed it so I figured that was their fault, not mine.
