I've been calling NVC for days now and i couldn't get to a human being

and today the automated system gave me this message ( on November 9 a packet of information and documents was generated and will be sent in the next few weeks ), it's not an RFE is it ?

I asked the same question maybe a week ago and I'll answer what some nice folks answered me: No, it's not a RFE.

No it's not an RFE, RFE would say something like "Information missing or incomplete"

I was looking at your timeline, you already have a Case Complete... it's weird that you get that message now. I remember I use to get that message before they received and entered the DS-230 and I-864

Well i think i have entered case complete date by mistake in my time line now i corrected that

I wish to speak to a human being to ask if they received the AOS and the IV yet or not, i am failing to accomplish that for days now, i call them day and night and i stay on the line for a long time till my credit goes out, it's like IJHGFerfoieg78t8nodfoiuwg8wdrhwdilhwdrgln
