Do we have to submit the original Tax transcripts (Printed on both side of the page) from IRS with the I-864 (AOS)? Or a photocopy of the transcripts are good enough?

For NVC, I would recommend submitting original IRS transcripts. That's what I'm doing. In addition, I called IRS and ordered another set for the interview...just in case. :D

Umm.. we sent photocopies with our I-864.. because there's no possible way to know what's "original" because there's no signatures on the transcript. Photocopy is fine.

I spoke to Operator, she told me that they would accept trancript photocopy, but only thing you have to submit original transcript with irs envelope at interview time( consulate office ). It is mandatory for Bangladesh US embassy.

that's very odd, I've never heard of that.

Also, please do not post your timeline in your posts. Please add it to your signature. Do do so go to "settings" "profile" "change signature" and paste the information in there. You can also add it to your "about me" section if the signature area isn't big enough (as it isn't for me).
