Hello all,

I met my fiancee on a web-site called U.S. Military Singles, operated by a company called Tangowire. It's not a mail order site or anything, basically just a dating site. I paid a fee for it, my fiancee signed up for a free membership. Should I click the International marriage broker box?

Thank you for the response. I have another question regarding the I-129. On the I-129F, Do I explain that I first met my fiancee online through a web-site and show our emails from the beginning of our relationship up till now? Or do we only submit information from the time we first met each other physically up till present time?

For the initial petition, you are required to provide proof of face to face meeting... Relationship evidence is not required to be sent.

YMMV

Since you paid a fee, personally I interpret the requirements to include that; that's what I did to find my wife, I paid a fee to gain access to her email and it was free for her. I listed the site on the form and she was asked about it during the interview but it was not a problem. I see no harm in listing it.
