I am finally sending off my papers tomorrow.

I was waiting for joint car insurance policy, but they said it still needs to be approved.

So! I say forget about it. I am sending my papers with out it.

I think I have enough evidence papers so show.

Please take a look at my list and tell me if I am missing any. Thank you guys. :D

• Completed I-751 Form

• Copies of my passport and green card

• Copy of my husband’s passport

• Copies of my husband’s and my driver’s license cards.

• Copy of marriage certificate

• Two sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen family and friend, attesting to our relationship and marriage

• Copies of our 2008 joint US tax return with my husband’s 1099-R form

• Copies of our 2009 joint US tax return with my W-2 form and my husband’s 1099-R form

• Copy of our 2010 joint individual income tax notice

• Copy of our home insurance

• Copy of our joint savings account at Wells Fargo(formerly Wachovia)

• Copies of bank statement of our joint checking account at Wells Fargo(formerly Wachovia)

• Copies of bank statement of our joint checking account at BB&T

(The account has been closed; we had it in relation to my old job.)

• Copies of utility bills

• Copies of our Social Security Statements

• Copies of our airline boarding passes from when we visited my family in Korea December 2009.

• Record of our tithes and offerings to the church where we are members

• Pictures

We don't have my name on our house, because my husband inherited the house, if we want to put my name as co-owner of the house, we need to get a lawyer to do it, and that costs a lot as anybody knows.

Do you guys think that I need to explain about this on cover letter?

Thank you!
