Hi

The list looks good. No need for passport photocopies and marriage certificate.

a few comments:

1. If you have the proof of insurance, it should have both of your names on it - you can include a photocopy of that.

2. Just to be sure - are you including copies of bills, banks, etc... that span the entire 2 previous years? If not, you should include a statement every 3, 4, or 6 months to show that both of you have been on the accounts all the time, and not something that you just did a month ago to get more evidence...

Other than the two comments above, I think it looks very good.

Keep in mind there is a new fee for applications received on or after Nov 23rd, so make sure you include the right fee or make sure USCIS receives is before then.

Good luck!

Sorry to ride on your thread, piggygiraffe (cute name)!

We have bills with both our names on them. Is it overkill to send like 12 consecutive monthly bills? Also do we need to show stuff from before we came to the US but were not presented at the interview? Or do we concentrate here in the US?

The focus should be on the period since you became a LPR. We did include some pictures that dated 3 years prior to our marriage - but we made sure they are only a few just to establish a timeline for the IO that we have known each other for a while prior to marriage and AOS, then ROC.

I think 12 consecutive bills is an overkill, especially if they are the same account and same address. I would include a statement every 3 or 4 months.
