So, i applied for concurrent filing of I-130 and I-485 plus I-765, i received NOA's for I-130 and I-485, but nothing for the I-765.

I'm wondering if this is because i am currently in status on a H1-B visa.....

Even looking at my case status on USCIS there is no entry for I-765, as i didn't receive any receipt number for it....

and the letter i received for my Biometrics was just one letter, which only has one receipt number (for I-485) and the 'Case Type' specifically states I-485 - Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status

I'm obviously not too worried about this as i am happy with my job and as i say, currently in status, i figured i would file for it as it was kind of included in the price (value for money) and also just in case anything happens at work between my case start and finish.... I guess we'll wait and see, but i would like to know if anyone else has been in this situation

I don't even know if i should be seeing anything, or even receiving anything, i just assume from other people's updates, things like 'Touches on all 3 cases' etc

Thanks

That is strange.

My wife adjusted status from H1-B. We filed I-130/I-485/I-765 concurrently. And we received NOA1s for all of them.

I would contact USCIS and inquire if they received your I-765 application, IMO.

Good luck with your journey!

oh crud!!

nevermind....

things have been going so well, that i kind of don't want to mess stuff up by pointing this out to them.....

i think i will let things go as they are, as they have been super quick up to now, and im not in any dire need for the EAD...

I definitely included the I-765 in the contents page and also wrote on the outside of the manilla folder which contained it that it was in the package...

and also included 2 passport photos.....

Thanks for the info and quick reply

It is a normal procedure for them to be fast up till now. Your actual waiting starts after you do the biometrics. I don't think it would harm anything if you gave the customer service a call and just inquired. May be they will have a better explanation that would give you more of a piece of mind!

Good luck with the rest!
