Well like I explained my situation is what it is and not different. Even after all that happened it was my husband's choice to walked away and go with his new companion. I don't think is a matter of compassion either, it is a matter of truth and the truth is I married out of love and my marriage just fell apart. I wish things were different but they're not. Believe I tried everything that I could to save my marriage, I am not saying I am perfect (as no human being is) and that he's all to blame. I think he has a lot of issues to deal with and just refusses to. He's the one that walked out on me while I was pregnant and it's yet to contact me to even ask me how I'm doing. In any event when I go to the waiver interview I plan to state nothing but the truth. It is not a matter of compassion (although I understand American laws in general protect people from abuse) it is a matter of what the immigration law is: mine was a good faith marriage that just didn't work, I hope my evidence will be enough for USCIS.. if not, well there's really not much I can do.
