Hi Idaho!

I am also experiencing same problem with you but mine is having error either on passport number or date of payment. I am sure it is correct though.

I hope everything will be alright. I need to have my appointment soon! I am very worried and devastated!

Keeping trying, call everyday, try the web site non-stop. You will get it eventually.

You don't have a timeline, so I can't tell when your K-1 petition left the NVC.

Maybe you are having a problem scheduling because the Embassy has not entered your petition into their system yet. It can easily take two or three weeks from the time the petition leaves the NVC until it is entered the Embassy's system.

You just need to give them time. Keep trying to schedule every day. It will happen for you! :thumbs:

We have scheduled the appointment and received a print out of an appointment letter. Jan 21 is the date. She is going to St Lukes next week if all goes well at her job.

Now that my medical is already fine, i am having problem in scheduling online. When i called St. Luke on November 17 they said that ill just go back there by December 6 cause they will schedule my interview on Dec. 8 (earliest appointment). SO thats what I did. But when Im done with immunization I found out that they havent scheduled me yet cause they are not allowed anymore to do it started dec.1. I and my fiance are so disappointed. I have to go back home and wait again.

I came from the province of South Cotabato near General Santos CIty and it is risky and expensive for me to travel back and forth to Manila.

I pray that my appointment will be fixed on Monday! :((

Wow...sorry that you had to wait two months for the TB culture at St. Lukes. I'm glad the culture was negative and that you are all right. The timing of your medical and your interview could not have been any worse, since you are affected by the Embassy's new scheduling procedure.

As you know, in the past, St. Lukes would reschedule interview appointments for people who were required to undergo the two-month TB culture. From what you are saying, St. Lukes is no longer allowed to reschedule interview appointments for those who have completed the TB culture. Is that true? If St. Lukes said they are no longer allowed to reschedule your interview, what did they tell you to do? Does St. Lukes want you to reschedule your interview yourself?

I hope you can call the Embassy call center on Monday and book an interview appointment. That would be nice. Did you pay the visa fee already? Under the new system, you have to pay the visa fee in advance at BPI. Then, you have to wait a minimum of four hours before you book an interview appointment.

Oh well I took the medical exam last August 30/31 and just had my vaccination Dec. 6.

I'm not so sure your medical would expire in February. Why do you think it would expire? It probably does not matter, because you will have your visa before then anyway.

I don't think you will have any problem because you still have time. You can complete your interview and CFO in early January. After that, you will have your visa in your hand in a week or two.

PS...When you see Pacman, please tell him that Chinook and Tahoma from VJ are big fans of his. Maraming salamat. ;)

Yes true they are no longer allowed to reschedule an interview. They just gave me a letter telling that they already completed conducting my medical tests and submitted the results to US Embassy. They also state there what to do next and that is to make an appointment by myself.
