Chazzie and Dex,

Congratulations ! It must feel Grand ! You know just getting that NOA2 from USCIS is a good feeling, but finishing the interview is the best.

I hope you will be able to be together soon.

I read something somewhere about 3 months ago when I was waiting to just be "Touched", and it went like this,

"....when he or she walks off the plane and you see them in the airport walking towards you, you will know that all the trouble you have through will be worth it..."

I believed that then, and I believe that now.

Be good, you two !

I hope I gave her the right one. I'm guessing its the one from the I-797 (NOA2) that starts with an A*** *** ***? Please tell me I'm right...LOL! The alphanumeric number next to the Beneficiary line.... :(

Hi guys! Just spoke with my fiancee and she is finally done with Day 1 of the Medical Exam. After reading so many threads about the medical (and NinJones walk-through) I was eager to hear my fiancees experience. She basically went through the same procedure most people mention. Fill out forms, walking up and down, blood test, X-ray, etc. Tomorrow, hopefully she's passed and just needs the immunizations! I'm hoping and praying. Five days left and counting! Good luck everyone!!

an update.

Well as we all feared...the new system proves problematic. Floricel went this morning and paid her MRV fee at BPI, this went smooth, is all she needed was her passport (or a copy of) She paid this at 11:42am PI time. I started trying to schedule her appt on line about 3 hours later....I tried online until 7:30pm PI time...each time the system could not find her passport number, so I started calling the call center....same answer....MRV recipe t not in system....please call back later sir. I said well its been more then 4 hours, and it states that if you make payment by 3pm PI time, you need to wait 4 hours, and it will be in the system. "I'm sorry sir, please check back later....

so there we go....so fee paid, no appt made...will try online all day today, and then start calling again 8am PI time. If still not in the system will escalate to supervisor in the call center.

mcdsnight............Just a suggestion (I stated earlier in this thread), try to keep your December 9th date (if possible). For those who already have a "locked" appt (like me), you might not be able to reschedule for THIS MONTH. Most likely for January if successful. Good luck my friend!

Figures there would be a problem. New system goes "live" on the 1st and the only thing that seems to work is paying the fee, go figure. My suggestion bro, forget the online scheduling, just speak with a live operator to schedule this. I know the wait is not the same as online, but at least you'll have peace of mind knowing that everything is confirmed. I hope you get your preferred date and everything goes smoothly tomorrow. Good luck my friend
