Housewife filling I-864

I am a housewife, I´m us citizen and I live in Venezuela since I was a child, I am married with a Venezuelan and none of both have never worked in USA. We want to live in the United States. I did request I-130 and now we are filling I-864.

When completing the Form I-864, I raised questions:

Question 8, which I place, knowing that we have another sponsor i fill out another 864, just such another sponsor to be placed.

Question 9, the other sponsor (family to support us) must include myself in this item

Question 12, I live in Venezuela but my bank in the U.S. mails go to a U.S. address, which I place?

Question 26 and 28, my husband and I have accounts in USA, full knowing that the data from question 23 to 25 everything was zero (0).

Also I like to know if once you give the visa to my husband who must travel before 6 months, he can activate the visa and leave the United States temporarily away.
