You can contact ICE via email at Immigration.Reply@dhs.gov or you can telephone ICE at 1-866-347-2423

You should report him. He'll have to remove conditions (I assume) which will be difficult if ICE knows the marriage is a fraud

Sadly, you cannot take the green card away from him. You can only do what you need to do to report the fradulant marriage

Good luck

Im not sure, he has his permanent residence card which expires in August '11

You cannot "send" him home but you can ask him to leave and not file his removal of conditions next year. He can remove his conditions without you though. If it is fraud I suggest you gather and keep any information in regards to fraud that he has done. I believe you can inform a certain department but I cannot remember the name. someone will give it to you i am sure.Pretty sure you must inform uscis of the change too.

Can you prove that he didn't enter the marriage "in good faith"? If yes then gather your evidence and provide it ICE.

If not then you really can't do much. After you divorce he will be able to file for removal of condition on his own using the divorce waiver.

If you are not divorced prior to his ROC deadline (with is the expiration of his Green Card) then he can file on his own and hope to get an RFE for the divorce decree at which time he would be motivated to file for divorce and get the process completed quickly so he can retain his LPR status.

If you are still married (with no divorce proceedings filed) and his Green Card expires without him filing for ROC then a notice that his status is revoked will be sent and at some point deportation proceeding will be started against him.

Note that if he does successfully ROC without you then you will still be bound by the Affidavit of Support.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

WOW i'm so sorry your husband turned out the way he did.

people like him make it much harder for everyone else to get there husbands/wifes here

If you have any bank accounts, credit cards/debit cards in both your names change that ASAP

also if you & he both have your car insurance with the same company drop his car TODAY!!!

i would cut ties with him & do all i could to build a strong case against him.

in time i am sure you will find another person to share your life with

i myself went to the other side of the planet to find the rite person but i found her

best of luck

That is not how an insurance policy works. Please don't give out "advice" on topics where you are not fluent. If they are still married and the policy is in both of their names he cannot be "dropped" without permission. Furthermore, he has to live outside of the residence for at least 30 days before he can be "dropped".

Your advice, while possibly attempting to be helpful is coming across as spiteful and looking for wats to GET HIM. You don't even know what happened as the poster as just basically said "he's a fraud help me get him kicked out of the country". What if he came on here tomorrow and said the same thing about the Original Poster! There are two sides to every story...his, hers, and the truth. ;)

Can you prove he married you with a fraudulent intent? If not, as it was previously stated, there is nothing you can do to have him deported. If you cannot afford a lawyer for a divorce, check into filing the divorce yourself (I did for my first marriage), or call your local court system and ask if they know of any charities who help. Also, sometimes law schools will offer students or interns up to help you file for divorce.

Im not sure dropped was the word you were looking for, But you can REMOVE someone from YOUR car insurance. I am on my Husbands car insurance and he can remove me from his insurance whenever. I removed my ex Off MY car insurance a few years back without any problems...I started the policy and then added him on a few months later and when we split I called them and asked them to remove him from my policy/coverage.

Yes there is always three sides to the story but we dont know his so I will take her word for it and advice as if the situation is as she says it is.

sorry but that is not always the case

it can & has been done in the past i didn't do it but i was made aware or it by a family member.

just like most people insurance agents are for the most part trusting.

i would bet good money that if i called up my local agent & told them to drop a vehicle on my policy that they would do it without any real problem. now having said that maybe i should have been more clear & said drop the car he is driving & get a new policy in just your name when it's time to renew your policy.

You can remove them FROM YOUR SINGLE POLICY, yes, but that is not what I said is it?

If they are still married and the policy is in both of their names he cannot be "dropped" without permission. Furthermore, he has to live outside of the residence for at least 30 days before he can be "dropped".

Yes, you removed YOUR EX off of your policy. Was he ever a 100% joint person on the policy because if he was you CANNOT REMOVE HIM, unless he has been OUT OF THE HOUSE for 30 days. You can cancel the policy and have a new one for yourself rewritten. Any agent who did anything other than that potentially broke the law. My guess would be you didn't fully understand what the removal process entailed...no offense. Most people don't.

Yes, that IS the case. No, most GOOD insurance agents are not trusting and require people provide evidence to back up the changes they make to their policies. Of course they will drop a vehicle for you off of your policy, but that is not the same thing as dropping a DRIVER or removing someone from the insurance policy. You don't want to drop the car either. Good grief. The car is in one or both of your names, you drop the insurance, and there is an at fault accident...you're screwed.

Example: Jane Doe breaks it off with John Doe and cancels the car insurance on the vehicle registered to Jane and John Doe. John Doe doesn't know the policy is canceled, drives the car, rear ends a Cadillac Escalade. JANE AND JOHN Doe are responsible because the car is in both their names. Get ready to write a $20k check out of your pocket.

Look, perhaps I came across as harsh, and I did not mean to come across as harsh, but the insurance advice you offered is BAD advice. I would bet my insurance license on it. This is why if you are not licensed in insurance you should not go around randomly giving out advice on insurance!
