We went for our interview today. Which went so quick! They basically only verified our names, address, phone #'s, last entry date & place and asked for copies of the kids birth certificates. They did question my daughter about her biological father (whose name is not on her birth certificate). Then she said - everything looks fine except one thing...

Apparently the civil surgeon forgot to verify which immunization she gave me. So they have to return the form to her (via fax) and wait for it to be returned before they can give us our approval or not.

I was hoping this would finally be over!
