Hello everyone.

My case is completed in August 24, 2010. Normally, it only takes about a week after the completion date for NVC to schedule interview date for case in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. However, for some reason they has been really slow on it lately. It has been 3 months and no interview date has been scheduled yet. I have checked with other HCM cases and most people who are completed in September already have interview date? I called NVC and they asked me to wait. I thought interview date is scheduled in completion order. Anyway, I don't know if they forget my case or not? What should I do? Thank you in advance.

our case was completed sept 3 ., and we still have no interview date as well. all the NVC will say is has to do with the capacity of the consulate. . . i also called the dos. they would only say the same as the nvc. i was told today that they are still setting interviews for dec the rest of the week. so you may be one of the chosen few. good luck,

Great news on the case completion.. dont look forward to a Dec interview given how slow HCMC has been lately... it will happen, just that it will happen when they decide... this is a tough time of year since there are so many holidays and many CO's may be taking time off to go home for the holidays and limiting the number of CO's working.. And HCMC has another new year holiday a few months after the US one that will be observed as well.. just another reason to take time off of work...
