F4 Category Brother or Sister of a United States Citizen Priority Date goes backwards again. Just spoke to Visa Specialist at the US Department of State. Last month priority date was April 1991. They were saying that if you Dont recieved a Visa this December 2010 all F4 category with the priority date after January of 1988 will be on hold until your date becomes current. this is so inconvinient for those people already submitted papers to NVC with expiration like police clearances.
