Does anyone know iif NVC will call USPS for a redelivery if an attempt was made to deliver the package on a Saturday ?

I hope so. On the USPS website it says for recipient to call, pickup, or go to website to arrange for redelivery.

It only make sense that USPS redelivers. Despite seeing an attempt was made to deliver your mail on a federal holiday, USPS didn't attempt to deliver on a holiday. You see both NVC and USPS were closed on the very day you are concerned about. Furthermore, USPS has set up a zip+4 for NVC. All mail are shipped in a special manner. NVC received thousands of mails each day. So no worries.

N400 CITIZENSHIP STAGE

23-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox (USPS EXPRESS)

27-DEC-2016 -:- N400 form delivered/picked up by USCIS

01-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form fee check cashed by USCIS

04-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form received per NOA1

09-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 notice date

14-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 on hand through USPS

30-JAN-2017 -:- N400 fingerprint taken

01-FEB-2017 -:- N400 interview schedule process started

26-JUL-2017 -:- N400 interview date set (01SEP2017)

I had the same thing happen when we submited our IV and AOS packages last year. Everything was delivered on the Monday with no problems.
