thank you for the info. canadian_wife.....i don't have that much idea about how things should go on this part of our visa petition...how should i email them the form should i scan it and send it by attaching it as files...?i read in vj wiki that i can use a ds-3032 email template...what do you think would be better?thank you again... have a good day..:)

I prefer to fill it, Print it, then sign it, then scan it into a PDF file, attach the file to an email

Subject of the email : NVC Case #, Beneficiary's name, Beneficiary's DOB

Body of the email :

NVC Case #

Petitioner's Name:

Petetioner's DOB

Beneficiary's Name:

beneficiary's DOB

I would like you to accept the Choice of address and agent (ds-3032) attached to this email.

Write your name

nvc got our case and assigned case since nov.04...we ddnt get anything from the mail yet..can i email ds-3032 now??

After I received NOA2, I called NVC, give email address, received email from NVC with DS3032 that has the bar code on it. My girl signed and I returned to the NVC attached to the email.

IF you generated the bar-code, place it where it says bar-code on top of the ds-3032 after you sign it , then scan them together :thumbs:

IF you generated the bar-code, place it where it says bar-code on top of the ds-3032 after you sign it , then scan them together :thumbs:

Once you pay your AOS bill and IV bill send in all the information to NVC.

hi thanks for the info...i emailed them the ds-3032 and didnt get a response email yet...hubby send them checks through mail since he can't pay online...we dont get IV Bill yet ...can we pay it too now??thank you again...

Once your DS-3032 is accepted, then only you will be able to pay IV fee in the payment portal.
