Applying for Philippine Passport for my USC child

I finally got SIF today!! Yaaay!! Hopefully I'll get an appointment for late December or early January so my little booger boy and I can finally be with daddy. I got a few questions though.

Can I apply for my son's Philippine Passport without getting any paperwork from BI? My husband and I had to go to BI last September to get his dual-citizenship certificate and I asked one officer about my son. She said I'd have to get a CITIZENSHIP RETENTION AND RE-ACQUISITION ORDER for my son Matt before I can apply for my his passport?

Is this true? Has any of you gotten his/her child a Phil. passport without getting this?

Also, I'm afraid someone might ask us for this certificate since in the application form, there's a question about the applicant having another passport.

where is the kid born? go to Phil. embassy website, download a form. there is the requirement of personal appearance.

check the DFA website. but as far as I remember, I just needed:

Sons' BC from NSO

Photocopy of my BC

My ID

Hello Aurora. My son has his USA passport and Philippines passport. what documents that needed in the Port of Entry in the USA. Do my son need a Philippines immigration exit permit or my son needs a CFO sticker for his Philippines passport.

I applied for my son's CRBA first too but they didn't ask me anything. is there any difference sa passport kapag dual citizen ka?

does it say sa Philippine passport ng anak mo na Filipino/American under Citizenship? sa akin kase Filipino lang.

if your son has a US passport use it when you exit the Philippines no need for any exit permit.

Is this true even if additionally showing the child's Philippines passport in order to avoid being charged a lot of 'overstay' charges? My son was born in the Phils, and he is exiting the Phils tonight with his mom (CR1 visa) but my son has US Passport and Phils Passport. I've been worried if he he needs CFO for his Phils passport. If anyone can verify it isn't needed in this scenario, I'd very much appreciate it - been looking desperately for 12 hours since it occurred to me it could be a problem.
