hello sorry that happen, did you get your letter means a new card order production approval it take about 30 days,for the new card,if you did not get it you should have called the 1800-375-5283 to see what happen to it. okay so now you applied your n400 citizenship that is going to take some time, you should call the 1 800 number mybe it get lost in the mail. good luck on that.

You have to make an infopass appointment to either get an I-94 bringing in two passport photos or an I-551 stamp in your current foreign passport book. USCIS expects you to keep yourself legal even though they may have lost your application. For your infopass appointment, have to bring in proof you sent off your I-751.

For you N-400 have to send in a copt of your I-551 stamp or the I-94, plus copies of your expired green card and expired one year extension notice.

It's still terrible how the USCIS processes I-751, a very stressful time.
