I have got a second job while my K-1 is being processed.

Do I call them (VSC) to inform them of the change of income or do I wait for my fiance's interview and provide him with a new I-134 and supporting documents showing add'l income to help our case?

Just wondering...Have A Good Day!

No. You don;t have to tell anyone. Just include your total income in your I-134 affidavit when the time comes. As long as the G-325a was correct when you provided it, that is all you need to do.
