I just paid for the aos bill anf when i went to click on pay, to pay for the iv bill the box did not check, it said not invoiced or something, and the box to the right said something about not everyone has to pay for the IV bill? im confused about this can somebody explain this please?

Someone more knowledgeable will reply also, but mine says the same thing and that is because they NVC has not invoiced (billed) for the AOS yet. When it is ready to be paid, I believe it will allow you to check the box as well as show the amount to be paid.

The AOS & IV fees are both independent of each other. The AOS is invoiced first & the IV is invoiced after the Choice of Agent is accepted.

"Not Invoiced" usually means that NVC have not accepted the DS-3032 yet. If you (or the beneficiary via their email) have already submitted the DS-3032 - wait a few days for them to accept & generated the IV bill.

It is the weekend - usually nothing happens on the weekend - except stress. :bonk:

Have you sent your DS3032 yet? If so, when it has been accepted, you will be able to check the IV bill and pay it.

When the status changes from "not invoiced" to "not paid" you can pay it. Your question indicates you haven't yet studied the shortcuts carefully enough.
