Hello, my mom is a Permanent Resident, and wants to petition her husband and daughter. Her daughter is 15 years old. Does she need to file a separate petition (I-130) for both her husband and daughter, or can they both be included in the same petition?

Thanks in advance.

They need separate I-130 petitions.

Yup - 2 separate I-130s.

Note the fees go up on 23 NOV 2010.

Thanks for your advise you guys! Also, if she needs to file separate I-130 for her husband and daugther, does that mean that she needs to send payment for each (US$355.00 x 2)? And if that the case, then does that mean that everything will cost double? I was under the impression that because her daugther is a child (16) she would be able to immigrate with her father's petition.

Thanks again.
