somebody help me what to do first

I'm a girl from Philippines and got married with a foreigner from the US here . We now have 1 month old daughter. My husband is in disability right now, he live with his mom, got no house. He went home last November 8 to file a visa for me and for the baby because they said it easy to file there than here in Philippines.

My concern is i don't know what documents to prepare, what to do first, how t9o help my husband to get all this situated. Please somebody help me to figure this out. This is our first time and i don't have relatives and friends who already experience like this.

Assuming your husband meets the residency requirements, you can get US citizenship for the baby - and the child will not need a visa

+1 Your husband can file an Application for Consular Report of Birth Abroad for the baby to to claim her US citizenship and get her a US Passport.
