Got EOIR - 29 for 1-130

Hi.....i really need some help

i have filed I-485 base K-1

but i filed I-130 too.......my bad , (I-130 approved)

i get biometric already and have my interview appointment but they cancel it because they send me EOIR,denied for my I-130.

this is the note:

This is advice you that,due to unforessen circumstances,we have canceled the previously scheduled interview on Thursday,December 02,2010 at 12.30 for the above applicant. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. You will be notified any further action taken on this case, including any rescheduled interview information, under separate notice.

they ask to get appeal and pay $ 110, i don't want to do that and i even don't need I-130.

can i just send a letter and say " just denied it and i don't want appeal for I-130 because i don't need it"

sooooo please can someone tell me what should i do???
