We sent our packet yesterday for AOS and EAD. Sent 1 check for AOS $1010 and EAD $340, but we just found out today that AOS fee already includes the EAD & AP.. Are they gonna encashed the check or sent it back to us? :crying: or are we gonna have refund? any comment is appreciated. Thank you

In all likelihood, they'll send the entire packet back, including the check, with a rejection notice stating you didn't pay the correct fees. You can then cancel the check, write a new one for the correct amount, and send the packet back.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!
