Im a LPR and married my wife 2007. We got two small kids. They are in the Philippines. I was not considering applying for I-130 because I was hoping to file for US Citizenship first by next year.(2011 is my 5th year of stay in the US. And today, I checked the processing time for Spouse/Child of a LPR and it says 5 months? Is that current? I think Im outdated. That would be a great gift for Christmas if this is true. They will be here next year then if I file applications now. Please say YES its true.

That is the processing time, but there is a little bit of a wait time for a priority date first, currently about 3.5 months for the Philipines. There is still a good chance they'll be here before Christmas 2011 if you file now though!
