Hey everyone.

almost 2 weeks ago my petition was approved and my fiance received our NOA2, it took precisely 4 and a half months, yeh that sure was a fun time....

hehe

anyways my two questions are:

can my fiance send me the original I-134 forms and supporting documents or should we wait to hear back from the NVC (will they need this?) ?

ive read you can just make duplicate copies of the enitre I-134 packet although the duplicate forms should be originals aswell and not photocopies.

my other question is: ive found the document checklist which outlines all the documents i need to obtain for my interview, i have my birth certificate, the police certificate, my passport, and my medical is getting done this week, however there is a whole bunch of other documents that don't apply to me eg: court/prison records, military records, evidence of prior marriage and so on, do i need to supply documents for these? or because they dont apply do i just not include those items?

thanks heaps any help would be great! its getting closer now i can just feel it.

anyone that is still waiting for your NOA2 keep your chins and hopes high, my fiance and I went through some frustrating and depressing times waiting for the NOA2 but it did come, and it will come for you too. Just keep your spirits high and keep happy for each other, it makes the wait so much easier.

Brad.

If you the petitioner have filled in 134 then you can send him the 134 signed by you in ink. The consulate in Sydney will not accept a copy. If you have not been married or in military NO you don't add them you only send what pertains to you. Look on the Sydney consulate site and Your fiance can see what he has to put together for packet 3 when you receive it. You have the police certificate done and medical you re pretty well done so as soon as you get packet 3 you can send in to consulate , saves so much time and send express post in Sydney and it all goes so much smoother. I had all my info together before packet 3 and was able to send it in same day and then got my packet 4 of what to bring for interview within 2 weeks. Good luck

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month
