Hello all, I am new here..

I have some questions regarding I-864. I am a naturalized US citizen born in the Philippines and after I got my citizenship I petitioned my mom. I didn't received yet NOA2 so I started reading here some topics about I-130. I am not working because I am taking care of my 4 year old son. SO, do I need to ask help from my husband to be my sponsor for my mom. My husbands income is more than what the poverty line need. Do I need to file I-864 and another I-864 for my husband. Do you think there would be no conflict even If I am not working and my husband will going to help me sponsoring my parent.

Sorry if I ask this in advance I just want to be ready.

Yep, your husband would count as your household member and fill out the I-864A which would include his income to your total. You are always that main sponsor no matter how much you actually make.
