Well,he has his page so he can keep in touch with family and friends back home.I have mine to chat with old classmates from here and Panama. He flipped out when one of my classmates said "Hi sexy"(lol). So to avoid problems,I don't really go on Facebook anymore.I think my marriage is more important.

Lani - You have to get him jealous from time to time to keep that spark!

Facebook is evil... Haha!

Seriously though, with the distance sometimes it does spark a lot of arguments. I think when you are far away, one tends to feel the depravity and the longing. I personally crave the simple things like being close to her and seeing her face to face. And these petty things indirectly reminds me why I am not with her and there is really no way around it. So all the jealousy and stuff is mostly an indirect way to say I really wish you were with me instead of so and so. I think the more reason this whole Fiance(s) & Spousal visa should be processed faster.

I see people fight over Facebook on a monthly basis. It's my entertainment while I'm bored at home, I admit. I've seen couples fight over their kids, siblings fight, friends fight... and also mother/child fight.

Me? I've never had a serious fight over it. A debate, yes... but if I was seriously annoyed at what someone posted, I would press X and talk to them about it. I don't get why people fail to understand that EVERYONE CAN SEE IT. You wouldn't have a personal conversation like that in front of them at a party, so why do it online?

Both of my daughters have strange names on Facebook (instead of their first & last name).

That's good, as my brother's kids have their real names there (not recommended, especially for teen girls).

One of my daughters has her FB name as {expletive}+first name and the other one a goofy made-up name.

The expletive is a mild one, which is good

Neither one of them knows I go there, but after all, I have an interest in my kids.

My wife's son is so private on FB that she doesn't even know his name there.

Spending a lot of time socializing on the internet is never going to be good for a marriage. Nothing is better than socializing in person with your spouse.

Must be nice to have the kind of time to do that.

You better watch out man, that Brian Williams cat from To Catch a Predator checks up on stuff like that.

I don't use my real name on Facebook either, mostly because I don't feel like being stalked by coworkers or anyone else I don't feel like having know my business.

Yeah, I know about the privacy settings and all, but I still do it anyway.

Today, I was thinking about this topic and this song came to mind. I would like to share this classic Patsy Cline song "She's Got You". I guess that is how I feel when she's far away and everyone else has her while I have the little things like chat logs, photographs and memories.

I haven't had a facebook account since A few weeks after I started talking to my husband so 2.5 years ago. I think that facebook causes far too many problems to bother talking to people that aren't even involved in my life. Random people that you knew at one point in your life just magically appear and pretend they are your "friends". People put there entire life on that site and then expect to have privacy. Guys and Girls use it as a "dating" site. My husband has NEVER had an account as he agrees with me, my mom is a FB lover and my brother will tell you that it ruined his relationship.

It all depends on how you use the site i guess

Always open TWO accounts - one with a fake name. You can check into the fake account and call up your real account and see exactly what friends and non friends can see. That allows you to check those complex privacy settings.

That way, when an old girlfriend posts 'come up and see me next time you are in england', nobody else can see it.

Not that I would of course - even though she was as hot as Bill Clinton speed jogging to Monika's casa at mid-day in July
