Can anyone confirm what's in packet 3? Is there anything in the hard copy that has to be sent back, or is it all downloaded forms? We are going to try and save a bit time and send it all in once we confirm they have sent it out. We don't want to wait for snail mail if we don't have to.

Can someone provide a list of what's in it? Is it just:

DS-230 Part 1 (PDF - 176kb)

DS 2001 (PDF - 75.85kb)

Form DS-156

Form DS-157 (PDF - 253kb)

Form DS-156-K (PDF - 218kb)

The checklist

Is there anything special in the hard copy that we'll need to send back?

Packet 3 is just a letter that tells you to go online to download the forms.

It also gives directions on how to book a medical.
