Hi, the instructions you received were for a different visa, IR1/CR1.

Here is the link to K1 visa interview preparation instructions in English and Tagalog.

Since you have your NOA2, the next thing you'd want to do is find out from NVC what your case number is (it starts with MNL). You can do the proactive thing and call NVC at least a week after receiving your NOA2.

From there, you need to determine when your file is sent to the US Embassy Manila for processing. You can, again, do this proactively by following the steps outlined in this link. When you figure that out, you or your fiancee can set the interview appointment through the US Embassy call center even without waiting for the Embassy to send you the instructions.

Once you or her sets the interview date, then your fiancee can plan on going to St. Luke's for her medical and gather the supporting documents and forms needed.

The affidavit of support form you need to prepare is the I-134 (I-864 is used by IR1/CR1 and people who are adjusting their status --- your fiancee will need that later after you are married, but not for the interview). ideally this should be prepared close to the interview date so that the information is current. Same for the CENOMAR and NBI clearance.
