I read the post that says:

USCIS Teleconference on Overseas Filing of Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

Can anyone please post any or all info regarding this teleconference?

BTW... what exactly are they referring to I am confused as to what this actaully means... We will be doing the DCF and filing this month.. should I be worried perhaps? :blink:

2010- 12-10: Sent I-130 and DS-230 Complete Package to US Embassy in Ankara, Turkey via UPS

which included everything BUT the Kitchen SINK!

2010-12-13: Per UPS, Package has been received at American Consulate in Ankara, Turkey

2011-01-20: Received Email from US Embassy in Ankara

INTERVIEW DATE 03/08/2011 @ 8:30 am !!!

2011-03-08: Placed in AP

I will NEVER give up and WILL fight to the END!

Apologies if I state in a comment that my husband and I have been together for years & years. It's just that I can hardly remember a time when he and I were not together.

Hi, i am just reading your post and i found the story by google so you may be able to find it also. I am not sure if you should be worried or not i don't think any decision has been made or publicized. keep checking the embassy site.

Where exactly did you find the story on Google? All that I find is an announcement of the government website... :help:

All i found too was that an announcement was made that a teleconference was being held on Nov 9, to discuss changes to filing overseas. (hopefully that don't mean they will end it)

as for the results to that teleconference, sorry i haven't heard anything

i googled uscis teleconference on overseas filing i found several links discussing particulars of that conference but none that said what the outcome is.

sorry i can't be of more help. i am waiting also to file direct so it would be really terrible if they ended it. :blush:
