Hi guys,

We are getting ready to apply for AOS and we have a question especially for the November filers; I filled out my forms, but when my husband wanted to fill out the affidavit of support and we went to USCIS website to download it, the form they had there was already expired (Oct. 31). I was wondering what the rest of November filers did? Did you fill out the expired form? Would that result in RFE? Should we wait till uscis guys update the forms?

Thank you for any input you may have on the issue...

This is what I would do in your case, Happy.. Use the one that expires on 10/31/10. I talked to NVC about this form the other day and they told me that there is not another edition out yet. ALL of the documents you send with this form, make a photo copy of it all, like your w-2, paycheck stubs, employment letter, etc etc.... Because, lets just say 2-3 months go by and you get the interview appointment letter and then the new edition of the AOS comes out before then, you simply fill out the i-864 and use the photocopies from the first one and take it in person with you to the interview.
