what happens when you've already finished your ME and are just waiting for the results (sputum is 10-weeks)? they said our ME expires April 2011. the PD moved back a year!!! will we get delayed????? i have a cousin who's turning 21!!!!!

Now that the VISA Bulletin for December shows that there are retrogressions especially for the (Philippines) F3 category, does it mean that those who are just waiting for the interview date will be affected? My priority date was Oct.22, 1992. My case was already completed at the NVC stage since October 15, 2010 but still haven't received an interview yet. In the Visa Bulletin for December 2010, the F3 (PHilippines) retrogressed to July 22,1992. I'm quite worried if this is the reason why up to now we I haven't received an interview date. I called up the NVC and inquired about the delay but they never mentioned anything about retrogression. They just told me that they haven't finished scheduling the December interviews. I just hope that my case is not affected by the recent retrogression. Need some clarification about this. Thanks in advance.

Interview date are given only to those applicants who have current PD
