IV Fee Invoice

Hi, All:

I'm try to follow the Electronic Processing guide on VJ. So far I've done the followings:

1. Called NVC, got case number, and updated both email addresss.

2. Sent OPTIN email with DS-3032. Auto-repl email received

3. AOS invoice received, paid online, status is 'PAID' now.

But I have been waiting to pay the IV fee, the invoice still hasn't been generated. I called NVC, they said they're waiting for the DS-3032. It has been 10 days since I sent the DS-3032 with the OPTIN email. Is this normal? I saw a lot of people in this Forums, didn't wait long to get the IV invoice generated.

Should I sent another DS-3032 to NVC (not to the OPTIN email), so they can generated the IV invoice?

If you recived auto replyemail back form NVC for your DS-3032 than Iv fee inovie should be ganrate ,

than you said that you talk to oprater ,they didn't recived DS-3032 so you have to sent it again, it happen to me also i tired two time sent DS-3032 and i did't recived auto reply back i recived reply back of my two email after 20 days ,, mean while i sent other email this time i put subject : Att Supervisor Sue # cas ........ than with in 8 hour i recived reply back and ganrat IV inovice fee auto matic

. but in your case you recived auto reply back from NVC means they got your email,

anyway send it agian this subject : ATT Supervisor sue

I attached DS-3032 to my Electronic Processing OPTIN Email, sent to NVCElectronic@state.gov. What's the normal email address you sent the DS-3032?

OP, please aware of two tracks in NVC.

We are in regular NVC processing.

You are in Electronic Processing of NVC (everything electronic), Study Darnell's EP guide.

NVCElectronic@state.gov is correct! We are in electronic processing and send documents to this address. It may take a few days for them to generate IV fee. Keep eye on it.

In addition, You are participating electronic processing, a new case number will be produced after you emailed out DS3032. It takes time (It was about a month for us to receive the new case number). After you receive an email with new case number, then it is time for you to pay IV fee. Without new case number, even IV fee is generated on your online payment account, payment would not go through if you try to pay it.

For Electronic Processing, does NVC send out email to both email addresses? beneficiary and petitioner? Even on DS-3032, we choose the petitioner as the agent. Thanks.

In our case, they did not inform both. They sent all relevant information and documents to my petitioner. I chose my petitioner as my agent as well. I think NVC wants to have a contact person in the state for convenient.

David, I'm at the same place you are right now.

I had my wife send the OPTIN from china (attachment wasn't sent) on 11/9 and my wife's email address received an auto reply.

I had my wife send the OPTIN from china (with DS-3032 attachment) on 11/10 and my wife's email address received an auto reply.

Was able to pay AOS on 11/10 and portal showed paid on 11/12.

We can't send anything until we have the new case number and you said the OPTIN was done already. One idea is that next week get ahold of operator and say you had some questions about the electronic processing pilot program and if a supervisor could help answer them relating to your case.

I myself was hesitant to have my wife send the second OPTIN in message but becuase the DS-3032 wasn't on the first email she said she could send another one and I said yes. I'm not sure if too many OPTIN messages would create problems. The auto reply for us said not to send additonal OPTIN messages.

During the middle of next week I'm am going to see if they have a new number on record and if they have on record of receiving our DS-3032 on their computer screens. If the first level operator doesn't know maybe a supervisor would.

ya - don't fret not being able to pay the IV yet -

just wait until OPT IN is finished, new GZO number issued.

Be patient, it'll happen, la .

currently, is about 3 weeks between 'opt in' and 'EP program acceptance'.

i suggest you use this time to prep yer files, practice making 200 dpi pdf files.

also - remember - when you call NVC -

it's extrememly rare to get an NVC Tele-Operator who actually knows anything about EP.

and that's OK.

You'll need to remind them, each time, that yer an EP case.

Currently, it's about 3 weeks from 'OPT IN EMAIL SENT' timetick , to 'EP Enrollment Accepted'.

then

about 1 to 2 days after you get accepted for EP and NVC enrolls you as an EP participant - you'll see the IV fee bill show up.
