hi guys question my wife got visa and in usa embassy councilor take her PASSPORT and says you got visa in between 10 to 15 days so i am wondering how long it will take like 3 to 7 days they will send visa to her home town because i did my flight conformed and payed because in december fair is high a loot pls reply me ASAP

if they told you 10-15 days, why would you make a plane reservation before that time expired? Good luck..

I'm guessing it will take 10 to 15 days. Maybe you will get lucky.

15 days puts you at thanksgiving holiday = VERY expensive... just wait till after holiday to fly

i believe you made mistake paying before you have visa in hand but you might luck out. *I* would change the flight to after thanksgiving and before christmas holiday

if you gave your info (receipt #s, full name, etc) to anyone on VJ under the guise that they would "help" you through the immigration journey with his inside contacts (like his sister at USCIS) ... please contact OLUInquiries@dhs.gov, and go to http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact to report anything suspicious. Contact your congressman and senator's offices as well.

i dont know what i do i payed but my travel agent says he can manage give me average time to send the visa i donot know guys i think i am screw or not

they ask me same thing but my interview date was 13 oct 2010 and they told me u recived ur visa in 3 weeks but the very next day the american express phoned me and said ur papers are ready plz collect them i coolect my visa and an envlop from american express at 14 oct 2010 morning if u request american express and said can u give my papers in a day i they give u i thing ok bye and have good luck.

Call American express again and again. When is your family flying? Where are they coming from and where are they going to in the US. My wife and kids are also planning to travel by the end of this month. Maybe they can travel together. Please let me know at okie26rashid@yahoo.com

hi farukh abbass i have some question to you i read your previous post you said in your post that you sumbit additional document in nvc what kind of additional document is that and what kind of evidence and proof you take at interview place please give me detail about proof and you say your wife is desi is your wife is your relative or your cousin and which language did you choose i mean to say you give your interview in english language or urdu language iam very thanksful to you if you give me complete details about your interview because after few month inshallaha iam also going for my interview
