My fiance is filing out Form I-864 and we are not sure about question "A Number" (Part3. Information on the Imigrant(s) you are Sponsoring - A Number (if any). Should he type here a number that he got with our

NOA1 and NOA2 (in the field "beneficiary", above it is written: Axxx xxx xxx) or should he type N/A?

Thank you. :luv::star:

For K1 in Brazil, you should be filling out I-134 and not I-864! Boy, I'm glad you posted the question here - you'd show up at the consulate with the wrong form for the interview! You just have to follow the I-864 guidelines (125% above the poverty guideline).

As for the A number, it comes on the NOA above the beneficiary's name.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.

I gather you mean the NOA2.. not the NOA 1 - because there is not A number on my NOA1

Whew... I-864 is only needed for AOS. So, follow the 125% thing and only bring with you the I-134...

Adjustment Of Status. Which you will do once you enter and marry. It will give you immigrant status.

No, there was a misunderstanding. Rio sends I-134 and the I-864 poverty guidelines.

Thank you for all the replies! :):thumbs:

I was really confused hehe. I knew I'll have to do my Adjustment of Status, but could not match AOS with the name. :lol:

But now I will relax and my fiance and I will do what we have to do. :luv::star:
