Called the NVC and.......

I called the NVC today and I asked them when should I receive the I-864 and the DS 230 and the lady told me that both forms will be sent this week by Friday.

Now should I call them again everyday or should I just send the already generated forms that I have on Friday? Do they document these calls? I dont want to bugg them.

You have to wait until they are generated by NVC before sending the ones you have generated to them. The automated system should let you know when this happens.

I called the IVR after I talked with the operator. It says that on August 21 a packet of information was generated which is the Ds230. So that means I can send my self generated?

Another thing...

The IVR does not say when the I864 gets generated and the operator did not tell me, she did say that the I-864 will be mailed to me this week. Does that mean that it was generated? How could she know about mailing if it wasn't generated?

If it says its generated then yes

As for the I-864. You are the only one that can make that decision as to whether it has been generated and to send it off. Perhaps give them a quick call again just to check with an operator.

I called them again and I got the answer that I wanted. Both the DS230 and the I864 were generated on Monday. Today I already sent them in. Hopefully it wont take more than 3 weeks until case complete.

Yes, you can send the DS 230 now, since it is generated. It is hard to say when they will mail out the I-864 on this week. Most likely, you will receive it early next week. I would mail the prepared I-864 packet as soon as I receive the I-864 packet. Make sure, you generate the barcode for both, barcode for authorization of tax release and write your case number down on the top right hand corner of every page.
