I got a letter from NVC thru snail mail, i dont know that you can do it online now or by emailing them. Is it ok if i'll just scan the DS 3032 and let my mom print it and sign it in the Philippines and send it back to me here in the US? Im very confused and stressed about it.......

Does she have access to a computer? If so, call the NVC and give them yours and her e-mail addresses and then have her follow the instructions here: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

If you do the scan and have her sign it, I am 99% sure that she has to snail mail it back to the NVC. Has to be original....but if she has access to a computer, the above instructions would be the best. Only thing is, she has to send it from her e-mail...

Just send them the document. Have your mom fill it up/sign it, scan it and email it back to you.

No. It must be an original signature.

You may complete the form and email it to HER but she must post it back so that you have the original.

Mylove: I am not sure we need to e-mail the ds3032 now, but I did e-mail them that saying I need to do electronic-processing after I got the case#, and I receive two automated response e-mails from NVC.

This is the message:

The NVC has received your e-mail. We are currently processing in theorder of receipt. Please allow 10 business days for a response. Please be advised that sending duplicate emails for opt in and mailingdocuments via delivery service may have an adverse affect on the amountof time it takes for us to process your case.

hope this is help.
