The NVC accepted my husband's email using the 3032 template in the attached link: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form. Just need to pay the bill and wait for the decision because we have already sent in everything else. As always, thanks to the info on vj - wish I had seen this link earlier - it's done now, so we are happy. Bill will be paid by Friday.

DS 3032 template worked for me also....and was accepted...today... I already sent in the I864 so hopefully that will be accepted soon as well.. Just waitng on the IV Bill and request for the DS230 and hopefully an approval quickly....Thanks for the help with the DS3230 CAUSE IT WORKED THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR ALL YOUR HELP

My Wife and I had great success with the template also. After I prepared the email as a draft on the email account she is using I had her send it from her hotmail account in China. Worked like a Charm!

It worked for me as well. As a matter of fact, when I thought they were not responding to the first one, I sent another one with a scanned copy of my wife's bio page and they changed her name accordingly (I received an email to that fact last week). So in short the template works.

emailing ds3032 works. attaching the scanned version is also a good idea. the nvc operator confirmed that it is ok to email. well, most importantly, it worked for me :)
