Hi all!

My fiancé is going to move out( in the same city). He doesn't have any problem about getting mail because he typed his P.O box address besides his home address in I-129F( Actually, he got NOA-1 at P.O Box with no issue).

However, on I-129 F , Q. 14 (Address in the U.S where your fianceé intends to live) he typed his current address. Does he have to notify USCIS of his address change? This new place will be temporary because he plans to move to another apartment when visa is approved (God willing).

Thanks for your replies!

he can change his address to another address ( like parents,or siblings ) who have stable residence,or he can change it,twice, once the temporary residence, then the permanent one,but what if he gets the second notice of action or an RFE during the change of address getting recorded?

Well, parents or siblings address is not an option because he hasn't any of them in the city where he lives.

In a few words, it's mandatory that he informs of his new address. What are the steps of the procedure?
