Hey guys

how are u i just paid AOS fee today But i'm confused with the next step

i Called NVC and asked them did you get my DS3032 Email , they said nope we didn't get it even i Emailed it like 3 times and i didn't get any response

Do u think i must send it again or what ?

Please tell me what should i do i'm so slow in NVC

2008 no tax

Can she be sponsor for me or i need co-sponsor

in 2008 she had accident so she didn't work

If your household is 2 (or even upto 4), the 2009 income looks above the poverty line. She has to get her 2010 employment letter and paystubs too. Also, she has to mention in the letter the same you told here - why she didn't file taxes in 2008.

If you paid and status shows "PAID" in the payment portal for AOS, print out the barcode sheet and mail the AOS package.

Once DS-3032 (it may take some time) is accepted, you will be able to pay the IV fee.

if you emailed the ds-3032 to them, you have to wait because you will not get a reply within the same day. they will process these forms in the order they are received via email. it could take a few days, it could take a week, maybe 2.

how long ago did you email them? because when i emailed my ds-3032 to them, i didn't get any auto-reply or hear from them until 3-4 days later. which is kinda weird that the auto-reply would be delayed that long..lol. but not everyone (from what i've read in other posts before) got an email response from NVC until the form was processed and the petitioner assigned as agent on the petition.

so i wouldn't worry about it. if you emailed it to NVC...they have it. you just now gotta wait for them to process it. they'll notify you via email (if you've given NVC your email address) when it's done.

actually...i checked my email records regarding my ds-3032 timeline. 09/02/10 i sent the form via email. did not hear anything regarding it. was expecting an auto-reply the day i emailed it...but nothing. and then 09/15/10 that's when i received an email from NVC saying that they received my inquiry. the following day 09/16/10, i received another email saying i've been assigned as the agent.
