I disagree. Requiring ID to vote is unconstitutional if that ID costs money for one. Voting fraud is extremely rare but something that the Right loves to drum into the minds of Americans as being a real problem, whereas disenfranchise voters are common.

Right. Because A.C.O.R.N. did such a thorough job of making sure nobody was "disenfranchised" 10 or 20 times each, in 2008.

ETA: If we can't have ID Cards issued for elections, can we at least have Democrat voters dip their thumbs in indelible ink after they vote the first time that day?
