WE GOT NOA2 YESTERDAY NO RFE MY EMAIL NO NOTHING BUT WE GOT IT MY QUESTION IS ALL DOCUMENTS ARE ON MY MARIED NAME BUT MY PASSPORT IS ON MAIDEN NAME . FORUM ADMINISTRATOR PLEASE UPDATE IROR S LIST FOR OTHERS I COULD NOT DO IT MYSELF GOD BLESS ALL GOOD PEOPLE

After reading it several times, i realized you mean if anyone else is moving from USCIS to NVC, right ?

now i think i understand the name change on igor's list is now not the same and he is telling some one to update igor's list for him he don't know..i think thats what he means good luck what that.

Congrats on your NOA -2, for a speedy journey through NVC, follow LingChe's shortcuts

Also, if you want your green card in your married name, change your passport before the interview, it will cost extra and more headaches to try and change it in the US

I believe you are correct about igor's list. Her real issue is all of her NVC documents show her married name but her passport is in her maiden name. Sounds to me she should change her passport name unless it's as difficult as it is in Colombia :bonk: .
