ok...I have a question......(yes, I know...another one!) lol ;)

2 weeks ago I mailed out my forms regarding Pk3 to Montreal. They recieved them. Fine.

I recieved a letter today that states that I need to send the consulate forms DS160, the confirmation page for DS160, and DS156.

Now, I electronically filled out and sent DS160 and the confirmation page, which is why I didn't mail it in with the other forms. I assumed that b/c it was electronic, they would get it.

Do I need to send them a copy? I also didn't think to send it to them because I know that I require these (original) forms at my interview.

So what gives? Do I send them a copy of DS 160?

In regards to DS156, I printed it out and mailed it. I didn't think that would be an issue. I didn't realise that it HAD to be electronically filled out and THEN printed. I've now done this. Fine. My bad. I'll re-send it. ;P

Thanks! :)

yes you have to send them a copy of the DS160 confirmation page, since they started using it you have always had to send the confirmation page. It is in the instructions from the embassy.

wanted to add, they ask for a full printed out copy from you as well at the interview.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Not sure but if thats all you have, send it.

Do you still have the email they send you once you finish it? if you still have the email you should be able to access the confirmation page to print it out.

Yes I do. I already printed out the confirmation page and a copy of the completed application. I'll just photocopy these and mail them.

I just assumed that because it was electroniclly filed, I didn't need to mail them. Oh well...now I know! lol I only mailed them out last Monday, so waiting a week to hear back from them wasn't to bad. Hopefully things will go smoother from here. ;)

Thanks for your help! :)
