 ...even Jesus knew to wait until he was at least 12 before he started preaching...

Luke 2:42-47:

And when He became twelve, they went up there according to the custom of the Feast; and as they were returning, after spending the full number of days, the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem. But His parents were unaware of it, but supposed Him to be in the caravan, and went a day's journey; and they began looking for Him among their relatives and acquaintances. When they did not find Him, they returned to Jerusalem looking for Him. Then, after three days they found Him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the teachers, both listening to them and asking them questions. And all who heard Hi were amazed at His understanding and His answers.

Pretty much anything that we teach kids and have them do can be called brainwashing but I think personally that this is a great way to start. They are learning to preach yes but they are also learning to be public speakers, learning confidence, poise and a sense of worth that few ever learn in life. This will translate later in life in a lot of positives.good.gif

And it shall come to pass in the last days, said G-d, I will pour out of my Spirit on all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.

Acts 2 : 17

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
