DS 156 quick question

Back again...hello all,

On the second page on DS 156 there's a question: "Has anyone filed an immigrant application for you?"

My wife is filling this form out and she stopped here. Yes I (her husband) have filed an immigrant petition (I-130) for her and that's how I was able to file for K3. So is this what they're asking for or do they mean has someone ELSE filed an immigrant application for you? Should it be yes or no??? Help!!

My wife put down my name as her husband who has filed for her. I guess it helps to have a couple of vets around once who have been through the process but then everyone disappears as soon as their respective other halves get here :-)

You're right Pathak but we can't blame them. They've been apart for a long time...it's time for some quality togetherness. Thanks for your respone though, I was leaning the same way.
