Hello, I just paid the bill from the AOS and the Inmigrant Visa Applicattion Fee on October 12. It shows paid on October 14 and since that I was wating to receive my package with the instruccions of which documents I need to submit to the NVC.

It's been 3 weeks and my lawyer didn't receive anything from the NVC. I contact the NVC and they told me, they send a package on October 14.

Any suggestions, thanks

Hello

I will tell what we have done

We Payed AOS bill, as soon as it is paid, we sent the AOS Package even though we have not received anything from NVC up until this moment

Read this great guide on the NVC steps http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/EZGuideSpouse

I don't know how it works if you have a lawyer, but you should consider calling him and asking him if you could send the AOS package now.

Good Luck

Thanks, I have another question? I sent the DS-3032.... should I expect to receive some papers or documents after this?. I Payed the IV Bill and the Aos Bill and showed PAID. Should I expect to receive a paper of which documents I need to send?

Until I know, I have to send the I-864 and all the TAX information, the DS-230 and all the papers... but I'm not sure if I need to wait something from the NVC before I send the documents.

Thanks for your help!!!! :)

You can go ahead and send the the I-864 with the Tax information and the DS-230 and all the papers RIGHT NOW

Just remember to print the bar-coded cover sheet of the AOS and IV from the website where you paid them
