please help us we sumbit our i-130 petition and it was done on 1st november and recieved by Uscis on 5th novemeber and the reason they send us back that the form is outdates but if u saw the form OMB #1615-0012; Expires 01/31/2011 it clearly said...expires on 01.31.2011 why they send us back??:S which form is new ???can nebody help us???

You have the most recent I-130 form. I would make sure all questions are answered, signed, dated, and then resend to USCIS along with the fees and other supporting documents.

If you arent totally sure, called the uscis and ask to speak to a tier 2 regarding your case. Its difficult to get the correct info from a CSR at level one. Specific info from them is severely limited, so you're best off asking to speak to a tier 2 and throw your questions to them. They should be able to confirm the reason why.

and im so sorry but my speak with the USCIS and what happend we got the right version but all happen when we print the page it doesnt print the bar code and this thing in the bottom so all of u be sure of that..when u print out make sure the form is printed out with everything... ((

This is the correct version. Download the pdf and ensure it matches your version and you're all set. then contact the uscis and ask them why it was returned.

Oh, now I got it. It is the printing issue of the entire page of I-130.

I though form was incomplete. Make sure there are no blanks in I-130 and if not applicable, enter N/A.

and loto we ask the gurl from USCIS about if anything else missing she said if you got the notice and only problem with printed page damn so dat mean deres nothing else would be the problem only the bar code not printed and the rev date (( its ok to resumbit it tommorow in the morning ...???

Yeah I called and asked the USCIS what happened and she asked me to read the letter exactly so she said it had to be the wrong form but when i told her i got it from the website and it had teh same exp date at the top she asked what it said at the bottom of second page....this was gone due to a printing issue with my office printer so that was the only problem. She said they will have issued other items if other issues were present but since that was the only thing that is all we had wrong...or right just a printing issue so to everyone....it is hugely important that they see the dates at the top AND bottom of each page so double check that.

We were sooo careful about the info in the blanks we didnt see that...

Filing it again tomorrow morning )
